**About the role**

We are on the lookout for a dedicated
**National Creditors - Team Leader **to join our National Creditors team based in
**Sydney**. This role is a
**12-month maximum term contract** position. Reporting to the National Manager - Creditors, you will be responsible for the management of the processing team who process invoices on behalf of our strata plan clients.

**Objectives**
- Ensure that invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Manage the work flow and task allocation of creditor processing staff resources.
- Continually review process to identify efficiency.
- Act as the escalation point for branch/supplier issues.
- Manage creditors processing team to ensure consistency and productivity.

**About you**
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role managing a team with high volume paying multiple clients or subsidiaries, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thinking outside the box
- You can collaborate with others knowing that "relationships matter".
- You have high attention to detail and are solutions focused.
- If you want to be the "glue" for our tribe and are a genuinely a nice person who is always willing to pitch in when the chips are down, then we will consider you
