Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing reports to creditors
  • Managing trade-ons, including budget preparation and forecasting
  • Investigating, analyzing, and reporting on corporate and personal financial affairs
  • Selling property, plant, and equipment
  • Providing advice to lawyers and assisting with legal proceedings
  • Preparing insolvent trading and voidable transaction recovery actions
  • Communicating with creditors, employees, business owners, agents, lawyers, etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and ethical guidelines
  • Managing internal cash flow and records

Requirements:
