Our client is seeking to engage a APS5 Records management and mail officer on non-Ongoing contract for 2 months.

**Position Overview**
- You will also possess a sound understanding of project management principles and demonstrated ability to support project delivery including strong administration and organisation skills.
- You will be able to work autonomously and achieve outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and guidance to end users of the Department's Electronic Document and Records Management System (Content Manager).
- Support the development and implementation of information and records management policies and procedures.
- Provide project support in the delivery of the client's EDRMS, correspondence and workflow management solution and mail services projects.
- Support the procurement and management of the client's mail and freight services.
- Sort and dispatch incoming and outgoing mail, and freight services using commercial mail management systems.
- Provide Secretariat support for the Department's information management advisory group and other internal and external forums as relevant.
- Build and maintain effective, professional relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including clients and providers.
- Assist in the governance and management of the Department's intranet environment (SharePoint).
