The Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Property Manager to :
Take full ownership of your own commercial portfolio
Establish and grow the property management division
Drive financial performance and client satisfaction
Provide trusted advisory to landlords and tenants
Mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
This is a hands-on role with a strong leadership focus, suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, driving business growth, and leading with purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an industrial / commercial property portfolio end-to-end
Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, budgets, and financial reporting
Drive business development, proposals, and landlord engagement
Ensure compliance with legislation, WHS, and tenancy requirements
Lead tenant onboarding, inspections, and maintenance coordination
Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3+ years' experience in commercial property management (industrial portfolio experience essential)
Strong financial acumen (budgets, P&L, forecasting)
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Sound knowledge of compliance and lease structures
Proficiency with property management software (Cirrus8, Re-Leased, or similar apps)
Current real estate license, driver's license & reliable vehicle
Leadership qualities – ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a team
