
Change Operations Analyst

**About the Role**
In this role, you will provide essential operational support to the Enterprise Change Management function, helping to develop and maintain change management reporting and documentation. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to support the seamless implementation of change initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for operational improvement. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with change management policies and standards, playing a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness across the organisation.

**About you**
You are an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a foundational understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. While some experience in change management or a related field is desirable - we will be providing you with full training to progress your career in this area
Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. You possess sound problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify and manage change-related issues effectively. Collaboration is one of your strengths, and you work well with stakeholders to support change initiatives.
Adaptability is a key competency for you, and you can adjust your approaches as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. Your analytical skills enable you to track and report the effectiveness of change efforts and adoption metrics. As a resilient team player with a strong customer focus, you are passionate about creating excellent change experiences for both customers and employees.
A certification in Change Management (e.g., SAFe, Prosci, ACMP) is desirable and would further demonstrate your commitment to professional development in this field.
