**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Leasing Executive, you'll be performing a range of general property leasing functions across the client portfolio - Australia's largest telecommunications company. Work with our multi-disciplined property team to service client requirements.

**An Overview of the role**:
Assist in evaluating sites for subletting

Maintain market rate research

Pipelining of incoming leads

Key point of contact for all tenant requests, routing to appropriate team

Tracking incurred expenses and incoming payments

Management of incoming tenant requests

Report on sublease P&L, invoicing, new leases, financial forecasting

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Client facing tenant representation and/or leasing experience

Qualifications in Real Estate/Property would be advantageous

Excellent communication and engagement skills

Excellent data management and attention to detail

Lease administration and property database experience is preferred

Planning and organisational skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team
