About the Opportunity
Due to growth within our VIC business, Savills are currently seeking an enthusiastic, focused, and determined self-starter looking to enhance their real estate career. A full-time opportunity exists to join our Melbourne office as a Leasing Executive, working within the Retail Leasing division, to learn the ropes and establish your position as a high performing Leasing agent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a start within Commercial Real Estate
Key responsibilities
Conducting tenancy inspections and negotiating leases on behalf of building owners
Generating new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with owners and other key stakeholders
Activating marketing strategies on behalf of owners in order to attract tenant enquiry
Developing a strong understanding of market trends and market data
Maintaining databases and other company reference tools
Supporting across administration, invoicing and creating submissions as required

Previous experience in property management, property sales or leasing in any sector
An eagerness to learn and grow within retail property
Good organisational and time management skills
