Hospital Sales Rep, Haematology - VIC West

As a Hospital Sales Representative in Haematology, you will play a key role in driving sales by building strong relationships with GPs and HCPs.

The Role & Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize key customers who influence prescribing decisions using data insights.
  • Drive sales through meaningful customer engagements supporting clinical decision-making.
  • Conduct value-based conversations in person and virtually to understand customer needs and treatment landscapes.
  • Tailor engagement strategies leveraging customer insights and compliant promotional content.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with oncology specialists, coordinating initiatives and speaker meetings in line with compliance standards.
Skills & Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Hospital or Specialty Sales Representative.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets.
  • Full Australian working rights and a reliable vehicle with a 5-star ANCAP safety rating.
