**Rostering Officer/Scheduling Co-ordinator - Aged Care Community**
**Monday - Friday**
**8.30am - 5pm in Narrabeen Head Office**
- Daughterly Care Community Services_ is a leading provider of in-home care that enables older people to stay home for life and avoid the Nursing Home. We have operated in the aged care sector for 25 years.

The **Rostering/Scheduling Coordinator **ensures appropriately skilled Caregivers are matched to our clients providing services in accordance with the client's care plan.

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role working in a fast paced and challenging environment with the ability to hit the ground running.

**The **_**key responsibilities**_ **of this role are**:

- Manage and resolve a high level of service requests and Caregiver leave;
- Data entry;
- Coordinate and direct Caregivers to provide excellent in-home care to our Hourly clients;
- Extensive and excellent communication with Caregivers, clients, families, colleagues and management;
- Become a key member of a deeply collaborative team with "outside of the box" thinking.

**To be considered for this role, it is**_**essential **_**you have**:

- Experience in rostering, scheduling or coordination of staff is ideal, but ability to problem-solve and work well under pressure in an office environment is essential;
- Strong customer service skills, telephone manner and organisational skills;
- Superior time management and attention to detail;
- High level of computer knowledge and experience using programs like Microsoft Outlook and Word (full training provided in our own database);
- Comfortable working in a fun and friendly environment where we work hard and use humour and positivity as a superpower; and
- Have a warm, empathetic personality, caring disposition and be an excellent communicator.

**Salary**: Up to $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
- Bonus

- Performance bonus
