This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful change at Nine, playing a key role as we grow and transform

Reporting to the Head of Leadership and Talent, you will drive the development of Nine's leadership, learning, and workforce capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark and create impactful change through designing and implementing company-wide programs that strengthen leadership, facilitate workforce planning, and improve employee development at both the business unit and enterprise levels.

Day to day you will:

- Design, implement and deliver leadership, talent, and performance strategies and programs using strong project management skills and data-driven solutions
- Develop strategies and conduct data analysis to identify future skill requirements and opportunities, aligning with Nine's long-term goals
- Build strong relationships and influence senior leaders and P&C teams to align and embed programs with strategic goals.
- Support the facilitation of workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and introduce new, innovative approaches to enhance talent and leadership programs

**Qualifications**:
What you'll bring:

- Proven experience in designing and delivering development experiences, programs and cyclical processes at large and complex organisations
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform learning strategies, measure program effectiveness, and demonstrate business impact.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Tertiary qualification or degree in HR, OD, or equivalent
