In this role you will:

- Be a key player in supporting the successful delivery of projects into the business, supporting a global user-base
- Responsible for delivering change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation, engagement and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation
- Implementing measurement strategies to establish change readiness and developing and executing appropriate adoption activities to maximise adoption
- Develop change management strategies, including impact assessments, communication, training and reinforcement plans

To be considered you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in a Change Management role
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional influencing skills, attention to detail and ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Strong ability to work through periods of ambiguity and understand complex issues to support business understanding and delivery
- Experience on digital change programs is favourable but not necessary
- Experience in working in financial services and risk management programs, and/or a top tier consultancy firm would be advantageous
