Melbourne, VIC, AU, 3000We are looking for a talented **Digital Optimisation Manager **to join our Technology Engineering & Knowledge (TEK) team within John Holland. TEK is an internal team of specialists that provide services to support our business to work smarter and improve the way we tender and deliver projects.

The role will involve providing support to film, photograph and create professional and engaging corporate video and visual content for use by relevant internal stakeholders; intended to promote awareness, showcase capability and enhance the reputation of TEK's services within the business. This content will include but is not limited to; interviews, TEK Talk series, training, site-works, informative, showcase, stock imaging, AR/VR productions etc. and will be advised and guided by TEK internal specialists. In addition, these services are available to the wider business as part of TEK's service offering. Some general administrative duties will be required during downtime and breaks between shoots.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- A range of equipment will be provided for use during shoots, including; portable and remote DSLR and film cameras, gimbals/mounting rigs, camera lenses and accessories, LED & hood lighting, sound recording/boom & radio lapel mics, green screen etc. You will be responsible for managing, operating and maintaining this equipment to capture still/live action footage and/or audio.
- Assembling/dismantling and operating equipment as required on location.
- Liaising with both office and site-based stakeholders to arrange filming/photo opportunities and scheduling.
- Working with TEK specialists to safely capture onsite operations and milestones.
- Assist the Digital Engineering & Technology team, filming for augmented and virtual reality projects.
- Studying assignment requirements.
- Planning and preparing scenes and sets.
- Following scripts.
- Addressing any technical issues that may arise during shoots.
- Taking guidance from the corporate communications team to ensure brand consistency.
- Filming video profiles/portfolios for new and existing TEK members.
- Access to the Adobe Creative Suite will be provided for post-production work.
- Utilising digital imaging techniques.
- Liaising with and taking direction from the corporate communications and graphic design team to ensure brand consistency, using brand themes and templates.

**To be successful in this role, you must have;**
- Certificate or Diploma in Film & Media, Media & Communications or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction and infrastructure environment.
- Essential experience designing and creating brochures, strategy slides, animation, motion graphics, video creation (AI/VR)
- Experience using CAD
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working within brand guidelines.
- Good understanding across multiple video/imaging formats.
- Drone pilot license
