We are seeking experienced and high-performingInclusive Employment Services Managersto lead teams across our sites and regions.
This is a unique opportunity tobuild an evidence-based service from the ground up, drive innovation and quality, and deliver lasting outcomes for people living with mental health conditions and their families.
We have two positions available in Sydney, based in our Mascot & Lane Cove offices.
Both of these roles will commence from October 2025.
About the Role
As an Inclusive Employment Services Manager, you will:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Employment Consultants, modelling best practice through theIndividual Placement & Support (IPS) Model— the world's most evidence-based approach to employment for people with mental illness.
Deliver high-quality, person-centred services that reflect Inclusive Employment Australia's values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery.
Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
Develop referral pathways through strong connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.
Invest in your team's development through coaching, training, and career growth opportunities.

What You Will Need
A relevantCertificate III or higher qualification.
Two or more years of experiencein employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
Current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
Ability to obtain all required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
