Introduction
Join our team to help change our customers' lives for the better.
In this role, you will provide workplace support to customers with disabilities, working with employers to find flexible, innovative solutions and providing ongoing employment support.
Successful candidates will understand the challenges faced by customers with disabilities when starting new employment and will support both customers and employers to ensure sustainable employment, sourcing future vacancies for ongoing placements.
The Opportunity- Provide outstanding ongoing support tailored to individual needs of customers and employers
- Enhance long-term, sustainable employment
- Facilitate training and development opportunities
- Create or generate new employment opportunities for customers
- People person with strong interpersonal skills
- Background in sales or customer service
- Ability to build trust and rapport
- Disability or DES experience is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Effective time management
- Awareness of vulnerabilities related to employment
- Willingness to obtain a Criminal History check and Working with Children / Vulnerable People card
- Gender-neutral paid parental leave of 12 weeks
