We are seeking a proactive and compassionate professional to lead initiatives that foster inclusion, independence, and community connection. The successful candidate will oversee case management, training, behavioural support, and goal development for employees with disabilities or other barriers to employment.
About the RoleYou will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of supported employment programs by providing high-level support, leadership, and guidance. You'll work closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to create safe, inclusive, and empowering workplaces.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of committed professionals in supporting individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment to succeed in their careers.
- Oversee induction, goal development and NDIS plan preparation.
- Ensure effective use of NDIS funding and align workforce planning with business needs.
- Mentor and guide colleagues in person-centred, rights-based employment supports.
- Lead learning and professional development across the site.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in social work or similar preferred.
