**The Position**

Position Title: Patient Flow Navigator - Emergency Department
Classification: ZF4
Salary per hours (exc. super): $53.04
Hours per fortnight: Up to 80
Employment Status: Fixed Term and Permanent (multiple positions available)

**Role Description**

The ED Patient Flow Navigator (PFN) is responsible for patient flow within the ED from the point of Triage through to patient discharge or transfer from the ED. the main focus of the position is to coordinate all aspects of non-admitted patient flow and work collaboratively with the ED ANUM and ED Admitting Officer.

**The Team**

The Clinical Operations Division encompasses acute, allied health, cancer and mental health services. We provide a wide range of general medical, surgical and specialty services including but not limited to; Oncology, Cardiology, Renal, Emergency, Women's and Children's, Critical Care, Specialist Clinics, Cancer Clinics and Mental Health Services. Our Allied Health teams provide a diverse range of programs and person centred care in inpatient, outpatient, community, home and residential care settings.
