Job Overview:
A seasoned professional is required to lead our finance transformation initiatives, driving process improvements and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality financial reports.
As a Director of Finance Transformation, you will be part of an elite team that advises multi-billion-dollar companies on complex financial matters. Your expertise will help executives navigate strategy through execution, and your technical skills will enable you to design system architecture and implement best-in-class Workiva platform models.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in finance management consulting, with a focus on finance transformation or process improvement. They will possess significant reporting experience in areas such as Annual and Interim Reporting, Management Reporting, Operational Reporting, Statutory Reporting, Sustainability Reporting, Fund Reporting, or Private Company Reporting. Knowledge of financial reporting in Workiva and technical competency in record-to-report, general accounting, external reporting, and Statutory reporting are also essential.
Responsibilities include prioritizing and managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, developing executive-level presentations, conducting client training sessions, participating in sales cycles, and mentoring junior team members. Strong project management experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and leadership abilities are required for this role.
