Job Opportunity

A leading Digital Reporting expert is sought to oversee a team and drive the delivery of high-quality finance solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance transformation, digital reporting, and finance management consulting. Experience working with Workiva platform models and knowledge of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop system architecture for Workiva platform models that meet best-in-class standards.
  • Prioritize multiple projects and tasks, including engagement economics and project scope, while managing stakeholder expectations and meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people.
  • Conduct client training sessions to educate them on features and functionalities of the Workiva platform.
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in finance management consulting with a focus on finance transformation or financial reporting.
  • Significant reporting experience in areas such as Annual and Interim Reporting, Management Reporting, Operational Reporting, Statutory Reporting, Sustainability Reporting, Fund Reporting, or Private Company Reporting.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting in Workiva and technical competency in record-to-report, general accounting, external reporting, and Statutory reporting.
  • Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex business concepts to an executive audience.
