Job Overview
A strategic Cloud Architect specializing in security and artificial intelligence on the Microsoft Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to drive positive customer satisfaction and provide valuable insights from customers and partners.
Develop a comprehensive value proposition for security across Microsoft Security offerings, focusing on threat protection and cloud security.
Support customers throughout the adoption lifecycle to increase utilization of Microsoft security products and lead technical solutioning across the customer journey.
Deliver engaging presentations and demos; propose high-level solutions and collaborate with Microsoft and partner resources to drive deployment, adoption, and cross-sell opportunities.
Align personal development with team and customer success goals; share expertise and contribute to knowledge creation to accelerate outcomes.
Lead architectural design sessions to build a plan for implementing the solution aligned with customer business objectives and technical environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
