A strategic Cloud Architect specializing in security and artificial intelligence on the Microsoft Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to drive positive customer satisfaction and provide valuable insights from customers and partners.
  • Develop a comprehensive value proposition for security across Microsoft Security offerings, focusing on threat protection and cloud security.
  • Support customers throughout the adoption lifecycle to increase utilization of Microsoft security products and lead technical solutioning across the customer journey.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and demos; propose high-level solutions and collaborate with Microsoft and partner resources to drive deployment, adoption, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Align personal development with team and customer success goals; share expertise and contribute to knowledge creation to accelerate outcomes.
  • Lead architectural design sessions to build a plan for implementing the solution aligned with customer business objectives and technical environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
