Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business value to customer needs for effective solution crafting
  • Generate interest in AWS portfolio of solutions among potential customers and provide visionary insights into their application
  • Stay up-to-date on existing and developing technologies related to cloud computing
  • Meet monthly qualification targets
  • Maintain accurate customer information within Salesforce.com
  • Provide detailed call notes to account management teams
  • Present high-level, technical solutions to diverse audiences effectively
