OverviewWe are seeking an HR Services Manager to lead and develop our People Services team.
This pivotal leadership role is responsible for delivering efficient HR services, ensuring compliance, and supporting the broader HR team to provide seamless employee lifecycle support.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of People Services professionals to deliver high-quality HR operations and supportOversee HR compliance, policy and process frameworks, and maintain accurate employee recordsDrive continuous improvement, automation, and integration across People Services, Payroll, and Talent AcquisitionPartner with the wider HR function on critical projects including remuneration programs, policy rollouts, and compliance reporting (e.g. WGEA)Provide partnering support to non-logistics Linfox businessesQualificationsTertiary qualifications in HR, Business or related disciplineDemonstrated leadership and people management experienceStrong HR operations background with experience in a centralised HR services modelWorking knowledge of SAP, HRIS systems, and payroll principlesStrong compliance and process management capabilityA data-driven, improvement-focused mindset with the ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsOpportunity to influence and shape People Services at scaleWork alongside senior HR leaders in a trusted and impactful roleBe part of a values-driven organisation with a clear vision for growth and people developmentAbout LinfoxHere at Linfox we believe together, anything is possible.
