We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead our clients HR department.

Our client is a rapidly growing company in the Utilities industry that has an exciting opportunity on offer for a degree qualified Human Resource Manager. They are also open to someone who is wanting to take the next step in their career into HR Management.

As the HR Manager you will be accountable for providing guidance to Management and staff on a broad range of HR related topics. You will also be held accountable for enhancing the companies HR policies and programs.
- Human Resource Management
- Interpretation of industrial awards and related legislation
- Familiarity with various EBA and award provisions
- preparation of salary packaging information
- Superannuation and Taxation administration
- Knowledge of personnel practices and procedures
- Overseeing employee relations and conflict resolution
- Administering benefits and employee engagement programs
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
