Our client, with two offices on the Gold Coast, is part of a nationwide network of professional accountants known for its relaxed and supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax accounting professional to step into a Supervisor role within a growing client advisory team, managing clients with turnovers between $5 million and $20+ million.
You will lead a team (remote, in-person, and hybrid) of around 10 accounting professionals on flexible schedules, ensuring quality control and accuracy in client deliverables. Collaborating closely with partners in-office, you will mentor staff, streamline office procedures, and provide hands-on client advisory through face-to-face interactions, offering strategic financial advice.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 7 years' Australian tax and business advisory experience as a Senior Accountant
Australian citizen or permanent resident
A passion for leadership and client service
