We're looking for an experienced and driven Manager to join our Business Advisory & Tax Services team in the Gold Coast. In this leadership role, you'll take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, provide expert advice on complex tax and business matters, and play a key role in guiding and developing a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen a diverse portfolio of client relationships
  • Oversee workflow planning and ensure timely delivery of engagements
  • Provide expert advice on tax matters and technical business issues
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
  • Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
  • Support the firm's strategic initiatives and contribute to business growth
What you need to apply
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in public practice, ideally within a mid-tier or reputable firm
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills
  • Proven strategic thinker with sound technical knowledge
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and results-driven attitude
