We are seeking a seasoned Business Advisory & Tax Services Manager to lead our Gold Coast team. In this key leadership role, you will oversee a diverse client portfolio, provide expert guidance on complex tax and business matters, and direct high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of client relationships.
- Oversee workflow planning and ensure timely delivery of engagements.
- Provide expert advice on tax matters and strategic business issues.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Contribute to the firm's strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in public practice, ideally within a mid-tier or reputable firm.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Proven strategic thinker with sound technical knowledge.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and results-driven attitude.
