**Study Lead (Water)** - a
**Specialist Project Manager** to play a crucial part in leading groundwater, surface water, and related engineering studies to support growth projects and related environmental approvals.

This role will be based in the
**Perth CBD** in outstanding office facilities, on a
**12-month temp contract**, working Monday to Friday, with occasional visits to site.

**Responsibilities**:
**geophysics, water drilling and testing, surface water studies, **and other engineering studies:

- Plan integrated study programs
- Develop and maintain schedule and budget forecasts
- Develop quality scopes of work and engage consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Manage the execution of work
- Contribute to HSE and quality improvement through routine field leadership activities
- Maintain reporting systems and engage with key stakeholders to track progress against the plan
- Conduct technical reviews

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree (e.g., **Environmental Science, Geoscience Engineering**)
- Proven experience in **leading groundwater, surface water, and engineering studies**:

- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain schedules and budgets
- Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in scoping works and engaging consultants and contractors
- Ability to conduct technical reviews and provide expertise in relevant areas
- Strong communication and leadership skills
