We are in the game of helping people and as an
**Employment Consultant**
**in our Workforce Australia** team, you will be key to making employment opportunities accessible for everyone. You will provide an outstanding level of customer centric one-on-one support to motivate, encourage and support our customers through the journey of preparing for, searching for and obtaining sustainable employment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build rapport to understand customer interests, skills and experience
- Identify and assess barriers towards employment and health management
- Identify additional support requirements and liaise with relevant stakeholders to make them available
- Source employment opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential employers
- Ongoing post-placement support ensuring job seeker maintains employment

**About You**:

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed planning, coordination, time management skills and attention to detail
- Computer literate, and an ability to work towards KPI's
- You will thrive on our key attributes of Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth Mindset
- Tertiary qualification in a related field (preferred, but not essential)
- Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check and Working with Children Check requirements
- Current driver's license where required
- Double vaccinated against COVID 19
