This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as an Access and Inclusion Manager, where you will play a vital role in championing inclusive employment practices across our Employment Services sites.
As an experienced inclusion expert, you will work closely with employers, staff, and community partners to deliver training, conduct workplace accessibility audits, and support job carving strategies that align with individual strengths and business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing inclusive employment initiatives
- Providing expert coaching and training to ensure our services reflect the highest standards of inclusion
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to promote equity and opportunity
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Proven experience in the disability and inclusion field, with a strong understanding of best practices that support people living with disability to find and keep meaningful employment
- The ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences to promote inclusive strategies and workplace modifications
- Experience delivering training and presentations to diverse groups
