  • Strong connections to the Deaf and hard of hearing community are highly valued
  • Experience in employment services, recruitment, or coaching is an advantage, but we also welcome applications from people with Auslan skills who are eager to learn in employment services
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Deaf culture, Indigenous communities, CALD backgrounds, and inclusive workplace practices are desirable
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly

Why you'll love working with us

At Sign for Work, you'll join a values-driven team passionate about inclusion and supporting Deaf and hard of hearing people to reach their goals.

We offer:

  • Rewarding work that makes a real difference
  • A supportive and collaborative team culture
  • Training and professional development (including opportunities to further your Auslan and coaching skills)
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900 p.a. + meals/entertainment
  • Extra leave entitlements, including birthday leave
  • Employee Assistance Program

What you'll need

  • National Police Check (and International if lived overseas in last 10 years)
