We are seeking a professional to champion inclusive employment practices across various sites.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with employers, staff, and community partners to deliver training, conduct workplace accessibility assessments, and support job adaptation strategies that align with individual strengths and business needs.
- Coordinate awareness events and provide expert coaching to ensure our services reflect the highest standards of inclusion.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in the disability and inclusion field, with a strong understanding of best practices that support individuals living with disabilities to find and maintain meaningful employment.
- The ability to engage confidently with employers, stakeholders, and internal teams to promote inclusive strategies and workplace modifications.
- Experience delivering training and presentations to diverse audiences.
- A commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and collaborative service delivery.
