What role will you play?
As a Senior Analyst/Manager in the Commodities and Global Markets Operational Risk team, you will support all divisions in their contributions to the Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting process, from initial trade execution to report submission.
Your responsibilities include proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, strengthening controls end-to-end, conducting control assurance activities, investigating incidents thoroughly, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational resilience.You will collaborate closely with audit and assurance teams to review control effectiveness and implement improvements.
Additionally, you will facilitate engaging risk workshops and training sessions, providing teams with valuable insights and strategies.
