Job Description

We are seeking a senior analyst to join our Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) team, with a focus on risk management.

This role is all about reviewing investigations into high-risk and restricted industries, ensuring they're accurate, timely and complete.

Assessing policies, procedures and standards in day-to-day operations and meeting obligations under AML/CTF Act and other compliance requirements.

Working closely with the QC Manager to uphold quality standards across business groups.

Sampling, assurance over work completed by analysts, reporting, forums, control testing, 4 eye checks and daily activities of the QC team.

Coaching, training and supporting the team, driving continuous improvement across processes.

Collaborating with stakeholders across ECDD Operations, AML Operations, Fraud and Scam Operations, Financial Crime Analytics & Systems, Financial Crime Compliance, Risk & Assurance, and KYC Operations.
