What role will you play?

As a Senior Analyst/Manager in the Commodities and Global Markets Operational Risk team, you will support the Client Fulfilment function, focusing on client onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) refresh processes. You will proactively identify opportunities for improvement and enhance controls end-to-end. Your responsibilities include conducting control assurance activities and thoroughly investigating incidents to promote continuous improvement and operational resilience.

You will collaborate with audit and assurance teams to review control effectiveness and implement corrective solutions. Additionally, you will facilitate engaging risk workshops and training sessions, providing teams with valuable insights and strategies.

What you offer
  • 3+ years of experience in Operational Risk, Assurance, Financial Crime Risk, or Client Onboarding/Refresh.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and the ability to collaborate effectively across different seniority levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think laterally and grasp complex and abstract concepts.
