**About you**:
You are a competent and committed site-based_ Supervisor, _who is comfortable being hands on and leading by example when managing your crew. You have strong experience with concrete and civil projects, where you will utilise this wealth of experience to work closely with the Project Manager to achieve our project time and budget objectives to the satisfaction of our all stakeholders. You will take pride in your work and your strengths will include project safety, risk mitigation and exceptional work quality.

You step up and you are known for your effective delegation and empowerment of staff. You give clarity and work with focus, all of which is underpinned by your strong practical skills developed whilst working on a variety of complex, water related projects
- in the civil/structural construction space. This is a genuine opportunity to put your stamp on a hyper

**What you need**:

- Certificate IV in relevant construction qualification or trade certificate
- Experience in Structures/ Concrete and Civil projects advantageous
- Willing to travel, work away and/or remotely, when required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project etc)
- Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong attention to planning and programming the works
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and people management skills
- Commitment, energy, drive
- Current Driver's License
- Proven track record of working to strict deadlines
