Site Supervisor - Roads and Structures

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead our Civil Projects in Brisbane/SEQ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the construction of roads and structures projects.

Your role will involve working closely with project managers and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for reading drawings, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and work health and safety management systems.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience as a Roads or Structures Supervisor or Leading Hand, particularly on TMR/roads/bridge/drainage projects. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to demonstrate computer literacy commensurate with industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5-10 years' experience as a Roads or Structures Supervisor or Leading Hand
  • Experience in supporting Project Managers and Engineers in the successful delivery of projects
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Knowledge of quality, environmental and work health and safety management systems
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable Computer literacy commensurate with acceptable industry standards
