**Planning Administration Officer**
- Temporary position
- Full time, Monday - Friday
- $35 per hour

**Duties**:

- Minute taking of Metro Southwest Joint Development Assessment Plan meetings
- Maintaining the filing system and modification of property files within Authority
- Coordinating administrative procedures for scheme amendments including advertising
- Coordinate property street addressing and liaising with external agencies
- Assist with Planning Department purchase requisitions
- Assist planning staff with administrative, research and clerical support

**Requirements**:

- Developed negotiation, decision making and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit
- Considerable experience within administration, preferably within Local Government
- Experience in town planning processes, procedures, and practices
- Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent)
