**The Company**
An opportunity has arisen to join a European manufacturer of UPS systems. Focused on the commercial, data centre and infrastructure markets, this business is enjoying growth both locally and nationally and is looking to appoint two additional Senior Service Technicians in New South Wales to assist them with their continued success.

**The Position**
This is a full-time position and as a Senior Service Technician you will work from a base in Sydney's southern suburbs, predominantly servicing local areas but irregular travel will be required to support regional and some interstate clients. You will service, Install, commission and repair UPS systems, ensuring professionalism, efficiency, quality and a high level of customer service is a priority. You will participate in the on-call roster, working one in five weeks.

**Key Skills and Competencies Required**
- Electrical or electronics trade qualification or relevant industry experience
- Working knowledge of UPS systems
- Thorough understanding of what is involved in a service technicians' role with the expectation that travel will be required
- Experience completing installation, servicing, commissioning, and repair of UPS systems to quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to consult to your clients on technical issues
- Ability to problem solve and conduct complex troubleshooting tasks
- Honest and reliable in all facets of your work
- Sound computer skills
- Hold a current NSW driver's license

You will be rewarded with a generous base salary dependent on experience, plus superannuation, car allowance, e-toll tag, petrol card (with full personal usage) and overtime penalties.
