**About the Role**
Reporting to the Director of EHS as part of the Australasia EHS Team, you will advise on and drive projects that enable process optimisation, increase technology usage and enable automation to support the workforce and assist with the delivery of the strategic EHS objectives.

This will be achieved through:

- The delivery of continuous improvement initiatives / projects targeting systems, technology and processes
- Data analysis and presenting insights. If required, planning, and facilitating workshops with relevant stakeholders.
- Acting as a change agent to enable teams to leverage technologies and continuous improvement techniques.
- Assess and agree on priorities as you will be engaged to deliver on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Support Workers Compensation function

- Drives for increased responsibility and self-development

**Key Skills & Experience Required**
- 5+ years in a EHS role
- Tertiary qualifications (any discipline) highly regarded
- Previous process improvement and/or systems knowledge advantageous
- Previous work experience in an analytical role, spreadsheeting tools including Excel, Power BI,
- Understanding of project management, continuous improvement and change management methodologies, (Lean Six Sigma, Prosci)
