Transform the everyday through your role in creating sustainable transport solutions.
In this role you will:

  • Provide EHS and Rail Safety support across construction, testing, and commissioning phases for the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Project.
  • Promote a continuous improvement culture and implement best practice management systems.
  • Monitor daily site tasks and advise on risks and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and legislative requirements for health and safety.
  • Manage subcontractor compliance and WHS induction/training.
  • Conduct audits, investigate incidents, and coordinate return-to-work activities.
  • Monitor Rollingstock Operations compliance under ONRSR Accreditation.
  • Conduct site inspections with stakeholders to ensure safe workplaces and system compliance.
  • Support flexible work hours during testing and commissioning phases.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
  • ICAM training (preferred).
  • White Card and RISI Card (preferred).
  • Identified Rail Safety Worker status.
  • Experience working with complex stakeholders.
  • Open, approachable personality and a flexible, self-directed work style.
