About the role:
At Lendlease, operating safely across all our operations and projects, and maintaining the physical and mental health of our people is a significant part of our culture and the way we do business. We currently searching for a EHS Coordinator for a 12 month fixed term role, working on a large scale project within the Sydney CBD to drive the culture of safety. There is the potential for this role to extend or become permanent for the right person.

This role will see you work closely with the project team to lead safety across the project. You will be responsible for driving EHS performance on site, providing technical expertise to identify issues and trends, monitoring compliance on staff and subcontractors with Lendlease EHS protocols and implementing safety and training initiatives to improve our safety performance.

To be successful you will need:
- At least 3 years experience in an EHS Coordinator/Advisor position, ideally from within the construction and/or engineering industries.- Large-scale commercial/residential project experience will be highly regarded.- Strong understanding and knowledge of local legal and regulatory health and safety requirements.- Strong knowledge of safe working systems, legislation, rules, and procedures.- Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
