Role OverviewOur Far North Queensland office continues to grow and we are looking for another experienced and dedicated Care Coordinator to support our growth.
The successful candidate will preferably have a strong background in Community Aged/Disability Care.
The role itself is responsible for service development, coordination and delivery, including ongoing client assessments and the development of care plans that deliver flexible and personalised in-home support.
