The role requires a high-touch service for often multi-location film productions.
Ideally, you will have a passion for travel, be a problem solver, work well under pressure, and have worked in a similar travel consultant role.

If this role sounds perfect, you might be exactly the team member we are looking for.As a Senior Film & Television Production Travel Consultant, you willFulfil incoming travel requests/enquiries accurately & efficiently via GDS (Sabre)Assist with group bookings, air/hotels etcWork well and remain calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detailAnticipate and provide proactive assistance on potential challenges that may arise for the clientUnderstand and accurately support Production with crew and talent movementsManage location and large group movementsManage multiple complex itinerariesAid team members within and across teamsProvide travel offers and general travel advice to travelersUnderstand and accurately apply travel supplier rulesMaintain current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supportedProvide the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penaltiesSupport BCD Travel and client-driven initiativesAdhere to BCD Travel policies and procedures to maintain quality controlAbout youPrevious experience in the travel industrySolid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processesKnowledgeable of travel industry systems (i.e., GDS Sabre)Strong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to work flexible hoursAbility to work independently, exercising discretion and judgmentDemonstrated professional customer service skillsAbout usWe are the Media & Entertainment division of BCD Travel, one of the world's largest and most admired travel management companies.Leading artists, sporting teams, labels, media, and production companies have trusted us with their travel for over 40 years.We handle anything from managing travel for TV & Film productions, making sure that the artists and their entourage arrive on the red carpet on time, to transporting a football team internationally to a cup final at a moment's notice
