The Opportunity We are seeking an Engineering Manager with apassion for Satellite Communications Solutions to support the delivery and future development of our world class communications Network Management System networking deployable air, land and sea platforms. The NMS forms the core of our existing Currawong battlefield communications capability and is integral to future Boeing communications campaigns and contracts both in Australia and overseas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with an existing NMS leadership team to both develop and grow an existing team of talented NMS engineers based in Brisbane
- Have an active role on the resourcing and execution of current contracts and campaigns
- Develop & maintain Engineering capacity that is cleared, inducted and trained for campaigns and programs.
- Implement skills and career development, with a particular focus on early career Engineers and Technical staff

Experience/Qualifications
- Qualifications in engineering or equivalent technical experience in software or electrical engineering discipline. (RPEQ &/or CPEng desirable, but not essential).
- Familiarity with software engineering management processes.
- Familiarity with project management and cost account management processes.
