National Payroll Manager

This role offers the chance to take ownership of national payroll operations for a workforce exceeding 700 employees. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of weekly and fortnightly in-house payroll.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, guaranteeing full compliance with relevant legislation.
- Oversight of payroll reporting, reconciliations, and workers' compensation processes is essential.
To succeed in this position, you will need at least 5 years of experience in payroll management, including 2 years in a senior capacity. In-depth knowledge of payroll operations, legislation, and compliance requirements is vital.
Key Qualifications:- Proven track record in managing payroll functions within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with payroll system implementation is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are required.
