**Valuation Analyst**

**What can you expect?**

Marsh Valuation Services have an exciting opportunity in our NSW team based in Sydney, for a Valuation Analyst (Assistant Valuer) that would suit a final year university student or recent graduate studying an Australian Property Institute (API) approved degree.

You will work alongside our state manager and senior consultants and will have the opportunity to contribute to the team providing wide-ranging valuation advice.

We are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic and good attention to detail. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow your property career in a fast-paced environment, working alongside senior staff on various large portfolios and unique projects.

The role would see you work across varying asset types rather than focus only on the likes of residential, industrial or commercial. The role will require travel both intrastate and interstate.

**We will count on you to**:

- Assist the valuation team in research & analyst
- Supervised site inspections and field work
- Analysis and compilation of leasing and sales evidence
- Report compilation
- Liaison with client representatives
- Use of our in-house valuation program
- Arranging site inspections
- Supporting senior staff with general valuation tasks

**What you need to have**:

- Have a tertiary qualification in property, recognized by the Australian Property Institute (API) and be working towards registration
- Strong Microsoft Office skills -Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required
- Ability to deliver results on time and in full
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Excellent and confident communicator in all forms
- Team player with high integrity and energy
- A passion for the property industry
