  • A detail-oriented and strategic Valuations Manager is sought to support the Head of Valuations in overseeing the valuation process across all assets under management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the external valuation programme, including instructing consultant valuers and reviewing their reports.
  • Coordinating the internal valuation programme and working closely with performance analysts.
  • Presentation of valuation results to stakeholders and provision of strategic insights.
  • Maintenance of property forecast models and supporting analysis of developments, transactions, and leasing deals.
  • Advisement on Asset Plans and Business Plans, and contribution to group initiatives and process improvements.
  • Building strong market relationships and provision of technical expertise on property-related matters.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Real Estate or Property discipline.
  • 3 – 5 year CPV (Certified Practicing Valuer) accreditation.
  • Strong understanding of investment-grade property markets.
  • Experience with listed and unlisted property funds management.
  • Skilled in running and interpreting cash-flow modelling systems.
