Administrative Officer Night Shift

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:We are looking for a friendly professional person with strong admin and interpersonal skills to join our Patient Services Night Shift team. Supporting our Emergency Department undertaking a number of administrative duties and various other administrative tasks as requested by the Patient Services Management Team.
- Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg
- x2 roles available:

- Permanent Part Time - 6 shifts per fortnight (Week 1: Mon & Tue and Week 2: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri) 2300-0700
- Casual shifts - including weekends 2300-0700

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous night shift experience working working in a health setting desirable.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer service.
- Accurate data entry with attention to detail.
- Reliable, team player, passionate and committed to working in a caring environment.
- Well developed computer skills including MS Word and Excel (and knowledge of iPM)
- Enthusiastic, motivated with a strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude.
