We are seeking a seasoned Organic Product Curator to spearhead our organic product selection, drive customer satisfaction and meet the evolving needs of health-conscious guests.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for curating a diverse range of organic products that align with our brand values and market trends. Your expertise in organic products and commitment to exceptional customer service will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Café & Marketplace operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Curate a comprehensive selection of organic products including groceries, produce, supplements, beverages and household items.
  • Manage inventory levels, replenishment and product rotation to ensure freshness and minimise waste.
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment for customers and staff.
  • Collaborate with local health professionals and influencers to elevate awareness of our marketplace as a destination for wellness-oriented consumers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in retail management preferably in a natural foods or organic marketplace setting.
  • Strong knowledge of organic products, certifications (e.g. USDA Organic) and industry trends.
  • Passion for wellness and a commitment to promoting healthy living through organic products and sustainable practices.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers and staff.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing platforms.
