**About the Role**
Based in BYD's Sydney office in Macquarie Park, this role will support our **upcoming New Brand.** **On offer is a Parts Specialist position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including monitoring and controlling implementation changes, project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with top management, Headquarter, key stakeholders, and system providers to define and sign off on project scope and business blueprints.
- Work with senior management, key stakeholders, and system providers to develop and maintain the project timeline throughout its duration.
- Partner with senior managers and key stakeholders to define and detail business requirements. Communicate these requirements accurately and promptly to system providers and ensure effective two-way communication by translating system solutions back to stakeholders.
- Gain a deep understanding of business requirements and work closely with system providers to ensure alignment. Manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and communicate any design deviations promptly and effectively.
- Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with relevant stakeholders to ensure all modules and functions are tested against initial requirements. Any significant deviations must be approved by top management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with system providers to create comprehensive documentation and organize pre-launch training sessions. Ensure that all stakeholders are comfortable and proficient with the new system.
- Exhibit strong leadership by initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and delivering multi-product projects efficiently to meet objectives.
**Key requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Information Technology.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to produce clear and concise project progress and performance reports.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin are highly regarded.
